When you use our platform, you're sharing your ideas, your work, and sometimes sensitive information with our AI models. We take that responsibility seriously - and we want to be completely transparent about how your data is handled.

Your Data Is Not Used to Train AI Models

i10x.ai operates a strict no-training policy. Your conversations, inputs, uploaded documents, and generated outputs are not used to train any large language model - ours or any third-party provider's.

Your data exists solely to serve you in the moment it is needed. It is not stored for model improvement, not shared with AI providers for training purposes, and not leveraged in any way beyond delivering your requested results.

This policy applies universally across every model available on i10x.ai - including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok, Perplexity, and all others accessible through our platform.

CASA Certification by Dekra

Our commitment to security is independently verified. i10x.ai holds a CASA (Cloud Application Security Assessment) certification issued by Dekra - one of the world's most respected independent testing, inspection, and certification organisations operating across more than 60 countries.

CASA certification confirms that our platform has been rigorously assessed against industry-recognised application security standards. It is not a self-assessment - it is third-party validation that our security controls meet the bar required to protect your data.

SOC 2 Compliance - In Progress

We are currently pursuing SOC 2 Type I and SOC 2 Type II certification - two of the most comprehensive and widely recognised security frameworks for cloud-based platforms.

SOC 2 evaluates an organisation across five trust service criteria: Security, Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality, and Privacy. Achieving both Type I and Type II demonstrates not only that our controls meet the required standard at a given point in time, but that they are consistently maintained and effective over the long term.
